CONTEMPORARY ART

Contemporary art is created by artists who in many cases are still living. In late 1900 important social, political and cultural reforms worldwide were observed; which greatly influenced the art form. No convention or a rigid system in contemporary art, but some works can be seen influences of modern art. Each issue of significant importance as globalization, global warming, human rights, environmental destruction, are reflected in contemporary arts.

Unlike modern art, contemporary art has more social impact; tends to search for reaction from the public, although this reaction does not simpre is positive. Moreover, contemporary artists have more freedom to experiment with all styles.

Modern artists had as an ideal pure art, while contemporary artists are very liberal in their attitudes and not affected too by the purity in art.
